Jelly Roll revealed he was briefly hospitalised while on tour with Post Malone, saying he was treated for a sinus infection just days before news emerged about his divorce from Bunnie Xo.
The country singer, Jelly Roll, shared the health update in a TikTok video posted on June 11, explaining that he went to Novant Health in Charlotte, North Carolina, after feeling unwell during the tour.
“So, I went to the hospital last night in Charlotte, North Carolina,” he said, adding that doctors helped get him “on my feet for the show.”
Jelly Roll said he was dealing with a severe sinus infection that left him visibly unwell during performances, describing himself as “puffy-faced” before receiving treatment.

He explained that medical staff provided steroids to help him recover quickly enough to continue performing on tour.
The singer said the treatment allowed him to return to the stage, marking one of the few times he has had to step away during a show run.

The singer also praised his tourmate Post Malone, who checked in on him during his illness and later sent a bouquet of flowers.
Jelly Roll said the note attached to the gift read, “Get well soon, Mofo! Love Ya,” which he described as a reflection of the artist’s kindness.
“I love you Post… I’m not making that up. He’s the most normal dude in the world,” he said.

The health update came shortly before news broke that Jelly Roll had filed for divorce from Bunnie Xo in May, citing irreconcilable differences.
The filing listed May 9 as the couple’s separation date, though the news only surfaced publicly weeks later.
