A catering vehicle from Sartiano’s, which is recognised as one of the singer's favourite New York establishments, arrived outside the venue to prepare a specialised menu that reportedly featured fresh lobster. The initial Thursday evening gathering was scheduled to run from 6:00 pm until 10:30 pm, with the pop icon's personal security team directing arriving vehicles outside the property.

The exclusive guest list drew prominent figures from the global entertainment and sporting industries, including Hollywood actor Adam Sandler, who arrived at the venue alongside his wife Jackie and their daughters Sadie and Sunny. Longtime musical collaborator Jack Antonoff attended the gathering in a dark blazer alongside his sister Rachel Antonoff, who wore a pink frilly gown.
