Fashion designer Victoria Beckham is preparing to expand her global fashion and beauty empire by branching out into a dedicated homeware expansion. The former Spice Girls star filed official trademark applications to protect a brand new range of household products. The planned collection spans several interior categories, including plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, flower vases, plant pots, cushions, and furniture pieces.
The Sun reported the trademark filings as part of the entrepreneur's ongoing strategy to grow her namesake business, which currently generates more than £100 million annually. The strategic homeware expansion follows years of restructuring work dedicated to rebuilding the commercial venture. The company recently achieved a full recovery from earlier financial strains and is now making a profit after experiencing several consecutive years of net losses.
Beckham discussed her future corporate strategy during a recent interview with the Financial Times, confirming her immediate focus remains on growing the company. She explicitly revealed plans to open new brick-and-mortar retail stores in New York and Miami, driven by consistently strong consumer demand observed at her flagship London location. The 52-year-old businesswoman noted that she wants global customers to enjoy a full, immersive shopping experience when they visit her physical retail stores.
The designer added that there are still many commercial sectors her lifestyle brand has not entered yet, providing the business with substantial room to grow in the future. When questioned about the long-term future of the enterprise, Beckham refused to rule out a potential corporate sale down the line, stating she would never say never to such an opportunity. The upcoming product launch marks her first official move into the home decor market as she capitalises on the brand's newfound profitability.
