Television presenter Emma Willis underwent a £380 body sculpting treatment in London last week to prepare for her upcoming hosting debut on Strictly this autumn. The broadcaster booked a 90-minute session at Lanserhof at The Arts Club to depuff, debloat, and de-stress before starting her new high-profile television role. Willis selected a specialised treatment called The Body By Soph Method, which combines manual lymphatic drainage massage with a unique body contouring technique designed to flush out trapped fluid.
The Sun reported that body contour expert Soph Yerby, who also works with celebrities Elle Macpherson and Sienna Miller, administered the session. Willis posed for before-and-after photographs to display the physical results of the procedure. Yerby stated that the presenter achieved beautiful sculpting results, praised the intricate layers of the method, and already understood the distinction between true manual lymphatic drainage and Brazilian lymphatic drainage.
The television host subsequently attended the Peugeot Attitude Pride Awards Europe at The Chancery Rosewood in London on Friday, where she discussed her upcoming broadcasting role. When asked about her potential wardrobe choices and whether she would wear sequins on the reality dancing programme, Willis expressed her fondness for the show's aesthetic, noting that she loves a glitterball.
The specialised body sculpting treatment aims to reduce inches from the waistline rapidly by targeting retained fluids through deep tissue manipulation. Willis shared her positive feedback directly with the practitioner following the completion of the premium wellness session. The presenter is currently organising her personal preparation routine as network executives finalise scheduling details for the autumn entertainment series. Yerby confirmed that the client responded exceptionally well to the targeted physical therapy ahead of her return to prime-time television.
