Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague have implemented strict rules regarding their daughter Bambi's screen time to ensure the three-year-old enjoys a traditional childhood away from modern technology. The couple, who recently welcomed their baby son Midas, restrict their toddler to using digital screens solely during long car journeys or international flights.

The Sun reported that Fury, a professional boxer, established the boundary to encourage Bambi to spend her days playing outdoors in the garden and visiting local parks. Speaking during a promotional event for his new podcast, Fury explained that he wants his children to experience a normal upbringing similar to his own youth, which did not involve mobile applications or digital devices. He stated that outside of travel scenarios, his daughter is kept active in the sunshine and jumping in puddles rather than looking at digital displays.

The disciplined approach contrasts sharply with the professional lives of the parents, particularly Hague, who possesses 8.7 million followers on Instagram and regularly uploads video content to YouTube. Despite their own digital careers, Fury emphasised that Bambi will not receive her own mobile phone for a long time. He noted that possessing a phone carries massive responsibility and expressed concern that children should fully comprehend the digital world before gaining access to it.

This parenting decision aligns with previous efforts by the couple to ground their children. Fury previously declared that he would ban Bambi from five-star hotels and luxury flights to teach her about normal life, even purchasing a campervan for family holidays within the United Kingdom.

Fury shared the details during a question-and-answer session for his new ten-part video podcast series, What The Fury?!. The show, which features the boxer discussing modern life and contrasting opinions alongside his father, John Fury, launched on Tuesday. The programme is available to watch on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport YouTube channel, or to listen to via the BBC Sounds application.
