Jennifer Lawrence clears air on Miley Cyrus' cheating allegations involving Liam Hemsworth

Jennifer Lawrence recently appeared on a talk show to promote her film No Hard Feeling, where she addressed the long-standing rumors of Liam Hemsworth cheating on Miley Cyrus with her.

The Joy actress clarified the truth behind the allegations and addressed whether Cyrus was shading her in her music video for the song Flowers.

During an episode of Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live, Lawrence participated in the game segment 'Plead the Fifth' and swiftly responded to the question about Cyrus.

She denied the rumors and labeled them as a total misconception, stating, "Not true. I would love to [respond], it's not true. Total rumor."

The speculations arose when Cyrus appeared in the music video for Flowers wearing a gold gown and a messy bun, reminiscent of Lawrence's attire at The Hunger Games premiere in 2012.

This led to assumptions that Hemsworth had cheated on Cyrus with Lawrence.

However, the award-winning actress explained that any similarities were purely coincidental, as their off-screen kiss happened years after Hemsworth and Cyrus had broken up.

"I mean, we all know that me and Liam, like, kissed one time. But it was years after they broke up," she said.

The 32-year-old actress further added, "So I just assume that was like a coincidence,"

In addition to addressing the cheating rumors, Lawrence shared her thoughts on her past red-carpet looks and expressed her interest in popular reality TV shows such as Vanderpump Rules, The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of Orange County, and Summer House.
