Blake Lively spills details on how she came up with Betty Booze lemonade

Blake Lively's new alcoholic lemonade "brings all the boys to the yard."

The  Gossip Girl actress  spilled details about how she came up with the idea of her newly started beverage  line Betty Booze,  as she introduced a new Lemonade drink.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Lively shared a picture of herself standing behind a stall of her newly introduced drink  Lemonade, while holding a placard that read, "21+over" , referring to the fact that Betty Booze is for adults , while Betty Buzz is for all ages.

Alongside the post, the Age of Adeline actress shared the story behind this new drink, which she has introduced for people who are 21-year-old or above.

"The female start up grind is underrated @bettybooze for 21 & older @bettybuzz (not pictured here) for all ages," Lively began the caption.

The 35-year-old actress further continued, "Jokes aside. Betty Booze comes from the lemonade recipe I made up 13 years ago for summer lemonade stands. Yeah. I still do lemonade stands. Yeah it was in my 20s that I really got into it. The lemonade stand version is obviously alcohol free. And it sells out FAST."

"I would often have adults in my life request a version of my lemonade but with alcohol. It happened so much that that’s where the idea for @bettybooze was born," she noted.

Blake Lively further revealed, "I am always being asked in my personal life to create something for everyone. I think most women can relate in all different aspects. But for this example, I already had my non alcoholic drinks with @bettybuzz but my loved ones wanted more. So here it is. And I couldn’t be more proud or grateful seeing you all share how much you love it as well!!!! my ego thanks you."

The It Ends With Us star concluded her post assuring her fans that a non-alcoholic version of this new lemonade drink will also hit the markets in future.

As she wrote, "And yes, we’re working on my lemonade without alcohol for Betty Buzz coming (not) soon (enough). the greatest @guyaroch."
