Stray Kids memebers Lee Know, Hyunjin, Seungmin suffered minor injuries after getting into a car accident

Stray Kids bandmates Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin had a minor car accident and suffered injuries on Wednesday.
The K-pop boy band, who won MTV Video Music Award for their single S-Class have cancelled their performance at the Global Citizen Festival in New York on Saturday due to the car incident.
Stray Kids’ agency JYP Entertainment released a statement to address the incident, “Hello, this is JYPE. While returning to their dorms after a schedule on September 20th (Wednesday), the vehicle carrying Stray Kids members Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin was involved in a minor collision.”
“After the minor collision, Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Seungmin immediately visited a hospital and received thorough medical examination,” the statement further read.
The South Korean multinational entertainment company shared that the Stray Kids members and staff were not “seriously injured” but they did end up getting bruises and mild muscle pain.
According to the agency, medical professionals have advised the Korean boy band members to receive conservative treatment for the time being.
“Therefore, we inform you that the schedules below have been cancelled or modified.” the statement continued.
“[Cancelled] Milan Fashion Week (Lee Know, Hyunjin). Seungmin’s Birthday YouTube Live (Seungmin). [Modified] 3RACHA of Stray Kids (Bang Chan, Changbin, Han) will perform at the Global Citizen Festival.”
JYP Entertainment apologized to fans for making them “worry” with such heartbreaking news, adding that they will provide everything they can to support the bands’ recovery.
