Megan Fox relates with both ‘poppy & demonic’ character of 'Jennifer's Body'
Megan Fox opened up about playing the demonic girl and typical girl role in 'Jennifer’s Body'

Megan Fox has opened up about her demonic character in Jennifer's Body and explained how it represents the actress.
During an interview with WWD, at a promotional event of her poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, Fox admitted that she feels a kind of connection with her titular character in 2009's horror film, in which Fox was transformed into a supernatural monster after a botched deal with the devil.
"She was that typical girl who then there was this other side to her where she became the sort of demon sorceress," said The Transformers actress of her role, adding, "and I am both of those things, and I always have been.”
The Till Death star continued, “I feel like that’s such a good representation of who I am in general.”
“Before she was turned into a demon and she became this Goth icon, [Jennifer] was this poppy, typical cheerleader, Forever 21 girl,” Fox added.

Megan Fox went on to explain the reason of relating with Jennifer's character, quoting her fashion sense, "I’ve had a weird relationship with fashion because for so long I was rejecting being famous and rejecting whatever this image was that was sort of hung on me, this person I was supposed to be."
While recalling how she used to neglect the importance of fashion in early days of her career she noted, "my expression was blocked in that way for a long time, and then more recently, I rediscovered it, and especially right now, I’m going through all these different phases of like, ‘what do I like and what can I wear that expresses how I’m feeling or what do I want or what I want to say in this moment?"
