Pathaan:

Pathaan is another one of Shah Rukh Khan’s hit movies of 2023. Alongside Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham make up the leading cast of the film.

It is also a thrilling action film, where Pathaan, the hero of the film and an Indian secret agent, is up against a Pakistani General who has planned terror attacks on India.

The film was released on January 25, 2023 and set many box office records for a Hindi film which includes highest single day earning, highest opening day, highest opening weekend and highest opening week in India.

Jaane Jaan:

Jaane Jaan is a mystery thriller based on the crime fiction novel by Keigo Higashino, The Devotion of Suspect X.

The film stars Kareena Kapoor in the lead role as Maya D’Souza, a single mother who gets caught up in a crime investigation. As a persistent police officer investigates the case, she is offered help by a gifted mathematics teacher.

The crime-thriller scored a 7/10 IMDb rating and is available to watch on Netflix.

OMG 2:

OMG 2 is a comedy-drama satire where a father takes on a school and its education system after his son is expelled over a video that had gone viral in a series of comedic events.

The film stars Akshay Kumar, Yami Gautam, Pankaj Tripathi as well as others and was released on August 11, 2023.

As of September 7, 2023, OMG 2 grossed a whopping 220.49 crore Indian rupees in the box office and can now be streamed on Netflix.

Leo:

Leo is yet another must watch, action-thriller starring Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Madonna Sebastian and others.

The Tamil language movie is inspired from the 2005 film, A History of Violence, and revolves around Parthi, who kills some robbers as part of self-defense and becomes famous through newspapers, gaining the attention of terrifying gangsters who claim him to be a former gangster.

Leo was released on October 19, 2023 and grossed 145 crore Indian rupees worldwide and debuted number third on the Weekend Global Box Office, beating Leonardo DiCaprio’s Killers of the Flower Moon.

Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway:

Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway is a legal drama film inspired from a real story.

Rani Mukherjee stars as Debika Chatterjee, an immigrant Indian woman fighting the foster care system through legal action to regain custody of her children taken away by Norwegian authorities.

The film hit the theatres on March 17, 2023 and grossed a million dollars at the International box office in its first week and became the highest grossing Bollywood film in Norway.
