The Dancing with the Stars alum Mark Ballas and his wife BC Jean celebrated the arrival of their first baby boy, Banksi Wylde Ballas born on November 5, 2023.
The couple shared the news on their social media accounts, with the heartwarming photo where Mark could be seen holding hands with Jean, while Banksi held onto her mama's thumb.
Taking to his Instagram account on Tuesday, the Samantha Who? actor uploaded the photo with the caption that read, "Welcome to Earth my son, Banksi Wylde Ballas 11 / 5 / 23."
On the other hand, The Highs & Lows singer also shared this news on her Instagram account by posting the same picture, along with the caption that read, "Banksi Wylde Ballas, joined us earthside 11.5.23, happy one month sweet boy, you are so loved.”
In June, the couple shared the news of expecting their baby via an Instagram reel with the caption, "Life Lately."
The reel, which featured their recent experiences from beach days to a trip to Disneyland, concluding with their most significant project, had the text "Lately we've been...making new music, making birthday wishes, went to Disneyland."
"Made more music stuff, turned off our phones and went to the beach, car rides with our best mate, Boba tea, made more music," it continued with "also, we’ve been making a tiny human."

Prior to this, in the lyrical music video of Rainbow, released on YouTube on October 5, 2023, Mark Ballas and BC Jean revealed the news of their first baby's miscarriage, which they expected in 2022.
The couple captioned their social media post announcing the release of their music video, "We lost a baby last year, just when we thought we were in a good place to tell friends + family we received the heavy news that our little one wasn’t going to make it, we’ve both been through hard things in our lives but this was a different kind of sadness."
BC Jean and Mark Ballas tied the knot in November 2016 after dating for almost four years.
