Taking to her Instagram account on Saturday, Mowry shared a video, featuring enchanting moments from her adventure, including the video clips of their plane journey.
The reel also showcased Mowrey and her family exploring Thailand's beauty, swimming, their encounter with an elephant, and enjoying a boat ride.
The Twitches actress also recorded herself in which she was standing in the ocean while talking about why they picked Thailand for their family vacation.
Sharing her experience, Mowry wrote in the caption, “This trip was a moment of peace, healing, and growth. I feel like I have learned so much about who I am and who I want to be. As women, we’re taught to be selfless, but I have been unpacking this concept and realize that we will never truly feel whole when we aim to be less of ourselves.”
The Game star also thanked her loved ones who supported her through recent challenges, possibly alluding to her 2022 split from Cory Hardrict after 14 years of marriage.
