Taylor Swift is back on her Eras Tour!
Soon after winning her 13th Grammy award, and 4th one for the Album of the Year, for Midnights, Swift took the Tokyo Dome stadium by storm on Wednesday.
In widely circulated videos on X, formerly Twitter, Swift can be seen giving a power-packed performance in front of a sold-out crowd of 55,000 attendees.
As reported by BBC, a huge number of Swift's fans waited in long queues to secure their spot in line for singer's merchandise, and exchanging bracelets.
Among Taylor Swift's many fans was BLACKPINK member Rosé, who made the most of her night at Tokyo Dome enjoying Taylor Swift's concert.
The South Korean singer posted a video of herself on TikTok in which she could be seen vibing to Taylor's live performance.
For the unversed, the Anti-Hero hit maker will be performing at the venue till Saturday night, before flying back to US to watch her beau Travis Kelce's team, the Kansas City Chiefs playing against San Fransisco 49ers in Sunday’s Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The Cruel Summer crooner, who initially sparked concern among swifties regarding how she'll be able to get to Vegas in time, is given assurance from the Japanese Embassy in Washington, DC, that they will make sure that Swift arrives in US on time.
The official statement issued by Japanese embassy read, “The Embassy of Japan in the United States is aware of recent media reports concerning the steps Taylor Swift will need to take to travel from Tokyo after her concert on February 10th to Las Vegas in time to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play in Super Bowl LVIII.”
It added, “Despite the 12-hour flight and 17-hour time difference, the Embassy can confidently Speak Now to say that if she departs Tokyo in the evening after her concert, she should comfortably arrive in Las Vegas before the Super Bowl begins.”
The Japanese embassy concluded, “We know that many people in Japan are excited to experience Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, so we wanted to confirm that anyone concerned can be Fearless in knowing that this talented performer can wow Japanese audiences and still make it to Las Vegas to support the Chiefs when they take the field for the Super Bowl wearing Red.”
