Super Bowl LVIII event became the most-watched event in U.S television history
Super Bowl LVIII, the annual sports event has shattered all records as it captivated 123 Million viewers and it garnered the honour of the most-watched telecast after the Apollo 11 moon landing historic television event.
On Sunday, the mega event of sports, entertainment and advertising was aired on various platforms including CBS, Nickelodeon, Univision, and digital platforms of NFL+
CBS achieved the lead with 120M audiences watching Super Bowl LVIII on this single broadcast channel, and it marked the milestone of the largest audience in history for a single platform.
The Nislen reported that over 200M viewers watched the slightest part of the game on different networks, representing a total 10% increase from last year's number of viewers which was 184M.

It is worth noting here that this show has not only marked the most-watched Super Bowl in its history, but it took the pinnacles of the second most-viewed TV program after
1969 Apollo 11 moon landing that telecasted on considerable networks.
However, Deadline predicted earlier this week that the Super Bowl might break all the records due to Taylor Swift’s significant involvement, because of her beau Travis Kelce, who is the tight end of Kansa City Chief.
CBS has now owned three out of 10 most watched Super Bowl viewers in history.
It comprised Super Bowl 50 (Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers) and Super Bowl XLVII (Baltimore Ravens vs. San Francisco 49ers).
For the unversed, in January, the Chief defeated the Baltimore Ravens, and the match became the most-watched AFC championship game in its history.
