Beyoncé has extended her support to long-time best friend Kelly Rowland, who is set to release her new Netflix film, Mea Culpa.

Taking to her Instagram on Friday, the Halo crooner shared the carousel of images from the red carpet event of the Fredy vs.Jason star’s highly anticipated movie, which is slated to release on Netflix on February 23.

She penned the caption, “Dats my best friend! Dats my best friend!!!!! So proud of you Kelly.”


In shared images the first picture captured, the CUFF IT singer along with her husband Jay-Z, mother Tina Lawson, and best friend Kelly.

Beyoncé posted multiple images featuring her style for the night, as se looked breathtakingly gorgeous in a micro, mini black and white striped long-sleeve dress that adorned with a cowl neckline that extended into a head covering.

The Crazy In Love songstress hid her blond lock under the head covering, while she accessorized her look by carrying a black Balmain purse.

For her makeup, Beyoncé opted for shiny lips, deep peach blush and radiant bronzing powder.

The mother of two paired her dress with pointed-toe black and white heels.

Her husband Jay-Z sported a light grey suit, with a crisp white button-down shirt and a skinny black tie.

Beyoncé, who is set to release her upcoming album on March 29, 2024, has left her fans gushing over her latest post, as she shared, the fans filled the comment section with adorable response.

One wrote, “Lets talk about how Kelly and Beyonce been friends before becoming famous and never switched up on each other”

Another added, “And she doesn't stop working!!! Now even the friend is helping with the dissemination. That's why I love you Beyonce!”

“Oh you’re in your active era QUEEN BEE!!!!” the third noted.

It is pertinent to mention that Mea Culpa revolves around the story of criminal defense attorney Mea Harper and the character is played by Kelly Rowland who takes on the murder case of artist Zyair Malloy (Rhodes), per a synopsis.
