Prince Harry to open up about his 30-minute meeting with King Charles in 'Good Morning America'

Prince Harry is all set to open up about his recent 30-minute reunion with King Charles amid his cancer diagnosis on the upcoming episode of Good Morning America.

In an exciting teaser of the morning show released on Friday, the Duke of Sussex opened up to Will Reeves about his possible reconciliation with the royal family.

Harry was asked by the GMA host how his brief visit to the UK last week was “emotionally”, where flew to shortly after finding out about the cancer diagnosis of King Charles.

Harry responded, "Um, look, I love my family. The fact that I was able to get on a plane and go and see him and spend any time with him, I'm grateful for that."

As can be seen in the viral teaser, Reeves then asked Harry, "I've also found in my own life that sort of an illness in the family can have a galvanizing or a sort of reunifying effect for a family. Is that possible in this case?"

The Duke replied, "Absolutely. Yeah, I'm sure. Throughout all these families I see it on a day-to-day basis, again, the strength of the family unit coming together. I think any illness, any sickness brings families together."

The forthcoming interview took place in Canada, where the duke and the duchess of Sussex began the 100-day countdown to the Invictus Games on Wednesday, February 17, 2024.

This teaser was released shortly after the rep on behalf of Harry and Meghan broke silence on the claims made by the Royal Editor Hanna Furness, in The Telegraph.

Furness in her article claimed that the royal couple's trip to Canada is their chance to "make or break"

She also added that Harry and Meghan will need to "keep schtum" in Canada if they want to remain on good terms with the ailing monarch and want possible reconciliation with Prince William and Princess Kate.

However the rep on behalf of the duke and duchess  told The Mirror: "We’ve heard time and time again that certain opportunities are make or break for the couple."

The rep added,"They’re still here. They’re still working and pursuing what they believe in, despite constantly being challenged and criticised. This couple will not be broken."
