Princess of Wales was supposed to resume her royal duties post-Easter as per reports
Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton's senior staffers reportedly remain out of contact with her following surgery.
As per Page Six report, sources told US Weekly that some of the Kate Middleton's staffers were unaware of the surgery until it was disclosed publicly, which 'caught them off guard.'
An insider stated, “A few of Kate’s senior staffers haven’t been able to see or speak to her, and they didn’t even know about the surgery until it was announced, so it’s caught them off guard. Only a few people know what’s really going on, and they’re tight-lipped.”

Kensington Palace announced Princess of Wales' planned abdominal surgery in January, which required her hospitalization for upto two weeks.
She was supposed to resume her duties post-Easter, however, since her hospital discharge, Middleton has only received visits from King Charles and Queen Camilla.
The outlet also revealed that apart from these visits, a 'shroud of secrecy' surrounds Middleton, causing further confusion and concern among staffers and public.
Furthermore, a mysterious photo of Middleton and her children released on Mother's Day raised eyebrows due to apparent alterations.
Middleton later herself apologized in the statement for the 'experiment with editing' stating, “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.”
