Cara Delevingne's home in Studio City, California, was devastated by raging fire early Friday morning.
As per PEOPLE report, firefighters from the Los Angeles Fire department responses to the scene to find heavy flames engulfing the 6650-square-foot residence.
While it remains unclear who was present in the home at the time of the incident, one occupant suffered minor smoke inhalation.
Delevingne, who was away in London performing in the play Cabaret, took to Instagram Story and shared her heartbreak over the situation, initially fearing for the loss of her pets.
She wrote, “MY HEART IS BROKEN TODAY. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. LIFE CAN CHANGE IN A BLINK OF AN EYE. SO CHERISH WHAT YOU HAVE”
The actress, expressed gratitude to the firefighters and individuals who responded to the emergency, stating, “THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART TO ALL THE FIREFIGHTERS AND PEOPLE THAT HAVE SHOWED UP TO HELP.....”
In next story she shared photo of her cats, revealing, “THEY ARE ALIVE!! THANK YOU TO THE FIREFIGHTERS.”
According to outlet, the cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the fire department.
Reports suggest that the blaze originated in one of the rear rooms before spreading to the attic, leading to the collapse of the roof.
