Meghan Markle has been advised to distance herself from royal family to showcase her true self to the public.

As per Mirror report, PR expert Hayley Knight told the Express that the Duchess of Sussex should concentrate on women's rights activism and lean into content creation to ensure the success of her recently launched business venture, American Riviera Orchard.

Knight emphasized the importance of showcasing Meghan's personal side, particularly her role as a mother, to soften her public image and highlight her authentic self.

"Meghan, as a mother, no one sees this side very much, whilst keeping family matters out of the press. I feel that a strategy around these areas would soften the edges of her reputation and would pull out parts of the real Meghan," she said.

"I'd almost separate the Meghan brand from the Meghan royal and show her for who she is and what she does away from the tabloids," Knight further added.

This advice follows Meghan and Prince Harry's previous criticisms of the Royal Family, particularly in their Netflix docuseries, Harry & Meghan.

In the series, the Sussexes spoke candidly about their negative experiences within the Royal Family, with Harry detailing the breakdown of his relationship with his brother, Prince William.
