Kate Middleton is reportedly spotted visiting the Windsor Farm shop alongside Prince William, marking her first appearance since undergoing abdominal surgery earlier this year.

As per The Sun report, Princess of Wales looked 'happy, healthy and relaxed' during the outing.

"Kate was out shopping with William and she looked happy and she looked well," source told the outlet.

Notably, her kids Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis were absent from the outing due to their engagement in sporting activities.
