Blake Lively promotes 'Another Simple Favor' amid legal chaos

The It Ends With Us actress wore a Chanel cardigan with a leather mini skirt, boots, and black Chanel bag.

The ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni certainly didn't stop Lively from promoting the sequel to the 2018’s A Simple Favor which will be her first movie since It Ends With Us.

The first movie in 2018 revolves around Stephanie Smothers (Kendrick), a single mother operating a parenting vlog who befriends a wealthy PR director, Emily Nelson (Lively) but she disappears one day, out of the blue.

This sequel will showcase Emily’s return as she invites Stephanie to Capri in Italy for a lavish wedding with the trailer showing parties, a montage of explosions, a body on a stretcher, and the words “revenge is a dish best served chilled, with a twist.”

For those unversed with the case, Lively sued Baldoni in late December, accusing him of harassment but he denied the allegations and filed a counter-suit against the Gossip Girl star and her husband Ryan Reynolds for defamation and extortion.
