Social media users definitely think so. Many have suggested that the actress seems to have gotten some sort of facial work done, possibly even a face lift, given that her face looks much more chiseled and smooth.

One user on X (formerly Twitter) commented on a video of her from the Ralph Lauren show, writing, “These plastic surgeons are getting real good,” while another said, “This is that Anne Hathaway money and comeback glam. Very good work.”

Facelift

As per Chhavi Puri, a skincare coach, the actress recently altered and younger-looking appearance can be attributed to her changed features, including her eyelids, cheeks, and her nose.

According to Puri, Hathaway may have opted for a facelift, with her eyelids seemingly giving away some telltale signs, for example, they seem ‘pushed upwards and fleshier’, with her eyebrows also arching up higher.

Her glabellar lines also appear much less pronounced, hinting at some work around her eyes and eyebrows. As per an X user, all this could be the work of a fox-eye lift of threads.

Her overall fresher appearance, while could be due to hyaluronic acid fillers in her cheeks, could also just be an effect of an overall facelift.

Buccal fat removal

Hathaway’s more chiseled jaw also hints at the actress possibly getting a buccal fat removal procedure, giving more definition and lift around her jaw and cheekbones, as specially highlighted in her ponytail look at the Ralph Lauren show.

Hathaway may have also undergone a rhinoplasty, with fans and experts noting that her nose looks a bit more flared out from the sides, which could be a result of a nose job.
