James Middleton has opened up about how his sisters Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton helped and supported him as he struggled with his mental health.

During a chat with The Times, the 38-year-old British entrepreneur revealed that the 43-year-old Princess of Wales and the 41-year-old British socialite had attended therapy sessions with him.

In the interview, he reflected on his struggles and the role hsi family played in helping him.

He shared that having his sisters in therapy with him gave him the much needed support during a tough time. 

"Having them there meant that I knew I was surrounded by people that truly understood what I was going through," he expressed.

After being diagnosed with attention deficit disorder and clinical depression in 2017, James has been open about his mental health issues.

The father of one shared that before his diagnosis, he used to have a lot of suicidal thoughts but is now getting treatment which includes cognitive behavioural therapy and medication which will help him control an irregular heartbeat and sleep.

His medication not only stopped here as he admitted to taking antidepressants too, but now he confirmed to be off medication for some time.
