Jenna Ortega will soon resume Wednesday Addams role in Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’ season 2

Jenna Ortega recently labelled the fame she got from Wednesday series “intense and “scary”.
The 22 year old Death of a Unicorn actress, during her interview with Harper’s Bazaar on Wednesday, May 28, weighed in, saying, “To be quite frank, after the show and trying to figure everything out, I was an unhappy person.”
“After the pressure, the attention – as somebody who’s quite introverted, that was so intense and so scary,” said the Scream actress.
Elsewhere in her interview, Ortega also emphasised that she felt “incredibly misunderstood” upon getting popular from the Netflix show.
According to the actress, who recently starred in The Weeknd starrer Hurry Up Tomorrow, she feels like being a “bully” is very popular right now.
“Having been on the wrong side of the rumor mill was incredibly eye-opening,” said the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice star.
On the professional front, Jenna Ortega will soon resume her role as Wednesday Addams in Season 2 of Wednesday.
The series is slated to officially premiere on Netflix on August 6, 2025 and will also star Lady Gaga, however, her role are being kept under wraps.
