Kate Middleton’s enviable hair secrets spilled by professionals

Kate Middleton is well known for her smooth flowy locks which she often styles in many different ways, according to any given occasion.

Previously this year, the Princess of Wales also traded in her signature dark hair colour for a lighter shade, which she debuted during her anniversary trip to Scotland in April.

Now, a pair of professionals have offered their analysis about the extreme care which goes into the future queen’s hair looks.

Consultant Trichologist Eva Proudman particularly detailed the secrets about Princess Kate’s long hair in a conversation with HELLO!, as she revealed that “there’s no doubt” that “Catherine, the Princess of Wales, will have a great hair care regime, with a hydrating and protecting shampoo/conditioner at the very root of her daily routine.”

The hair expert further emphasised that a nutritious intake of food is sure to be the secret behind the health and growth of the Princess’ hair, adding, “So I'm sure that Catherine follows a well-balanced diet, packed full of protein, rich in iron and containing a colourful mix of vegetables, fruit and healthy fat, too.”

While hair stylist Jason Collier also shared his expert take about Kate’s hair, as he particularly praised her recent appearance at the Order of the Garter parade.

“It looks like her hair has been blow-dried smooth with a round brush to create body at the roots, then styled into defined waves using a large-barrel tong,” he explained.

Overall, he defined Kate Middleton’s hair styling on the day as “understated but meticulous”, further adding, “Clearly, her hair team understands the importance of preserving the hair’s integrity while achieving consistently beautiful looks.”
