Jennifer Aniston reveals what her 'perfect' day looks like

Jennifer Aniston just offered fans glimpses into what her day off looks like amid her hustle and hectic lifestyle.

Speaking with People Magazine, the 56-year-old actress shared what she ideally does on her day off.

"It looks like a blank schedule — there's not one thing on it," she said.

Aniston added, "That's a perfect day, and then can I figure out what that day looks like as it goes."

The We’re the Millers actress, who has three dogs Clyde, Lord Chesterfield and Sophie, shared that "of course" her day off plans revolve around her dogs.

"The dogs are everything. They're living, breathing, pure, good love. It's literally having love bombs just sitting on either side of you," she gushed.

However, Aniston did emphasise the importance of taking a break, but due to her "workaholic" nature, she has to push herself to "try to take some time to travel and not work."

The Friends alum continued, "It's so critical, I know, but I'm not good at it. Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you're just working so much that you don't have any wonderful life experiences."

"I'm trying to take it easy, because this was a really intensive few years of work. I'm trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it's like, 'I'm away forever. But call me in December, I'll be back,'" she remarked.

On the work front, Jennifer Aniston is currently starring in the fourth season of Apple TV+'s The Morning Show, which is set to release later this year.
