Milo Manheim and Meg Donnelly recently looked back at their unbreakable bond reflected on their nine years of friendship.

During a chat with People, the cast of Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires opened up about the upcoming film of their beloved Disney saga, and discussed how their lives and friendships have grown and evolved over the years.

Speaking candidly with the outlet about his co-star, the 24-year-old actor shared, "I think that Meg has grown a lot more confident throughout these years."

"I was gonna say your confidence!" the 24-year-old actress playfully quipped.

"We were really trying to fit in, you know, the first movie. And then I think at this point, both of us are really kind of setting the vibe. We’ve taken that responsibility, and I think we’ve set a pretty good vibe on set," the School Spirits actor stated.

The American Housewife alum also added, "We’ve grown so much since then. We met when we were like 16. It’s been almost 10 years, so that’s been like all the crazy milestones of a young person’s life."

Not only are the duo starring once again in the spooky musical franchise, but this time Milo and Meg are also calling the shots as executive producers.

While discussing the pre-production and production process of the movie, the Thanksgiving actor noted, "I definitely felt like we had a lot more input in basically every aspect of making this movie."

"I will say that there weren't, for me, too many struggles. I feel like the things that we really hoped for ended up happening. Which was really great," Milo stated, as he went on to praise other producers, calling them a "great team."
