JoJo Siwa’s beau Chris Hughes spills the beans on their relationship dynamic

JoJo Siwa’s new love interest, Chris Hughes, has recently opened up about his relationship with the internet personality.

While speaking with E! News on Monday, the 32-year-old TV show host offered insight into his romance with the 22-year-old dancer, calling her "love of my life."

It is pertinent to mention that the couple were introduced to each other while appearing on Celebrity Big Brother UK, where they formed a close bond.

"We went up to Malibu and we went for a lovely dinner and it was like a date night," Hughes said.

He continued, "On the way back—it was like an hour drive home—we parked up and we said to each other, 'That was actually our first proper date together.'"

"Yes, we've been to dinners with each other's families and each other's friends and stuff like that," Hughes stated, adding, "But we've never, ever solely done something just on our own right."

The English television personality further revealed that his favourite thing to do with JoJo is lounging "on the sofa with a cup of tea."

"We spend so much time with each other, just us captivated in this little world in our living room," he shared.

Hughes went on to say, "But we actually went out and it didn't hit us until we got home that that was actually our first proper date. So, it was lovely."

It is worth noting that JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes confirmed their relationship last month, on June 2.
