Pete Davidson has lived much of his life in the public eye, with career defining moments to relationship struggles that made headlines. But just as fans thought they had seen it all, news of him stepping into fatherhood caused a stir online.

The 31-year-old actor and comedian started to gain popularity when he landed a role in Guy Code in 2013, and when he was only 20-years-old he joined the cast of the sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live in 2014, becoming one of the youngest cast members on the production.

He stayed on the iconic and beloved show for eight seasons before exiting in 2022.

Beyond his career as an actor and comedian, the Dog Man star has often been found himself being the topic of conversation on the internet for his high-profile relationships.

From his two year romance with Cazzie David to the surprising engagement with Ariana Grande, and later calling it off in the same year and his 9 month relationship with Kim Kardashian, Pete’s love life and dating history includes some of Hollywood’s big names.

Recently, it was suspected that Pete and Elsie Hewitt were dating after several brief romantic connections with more stars like Phoebe Dynevor, Chase Sui Wonders and Madelyn Cline.

However, it was recently confirmed that just four months into his relationship with the 29-year-old actress and model that the two were going to welcome a child into this world.

After months of rumoured romance since March 2025, the SNL alum and his model girlfriend shocked fans, sending them into a major frenzy after announcing on social media that they’re expecting their first child.

On July 22, the comedian had a candid conversation with E! News, just a few days after the surprising announcement, sharing that he feels incredibly lucky and is "very happy."

"Everybody's just been super excited for me because they know it's been my dream," Pete enthusiastically said, further expressing how excited he is to "take care of something and show it the childhood I didn't have. I assume you just try to give them what you didn't have, and what you didn't like, not do it."

After their pregnancy announcement, the duo stepped out and made an iconic red carpet appearance showing off her baby bump for the first time.

She stunned at the premiere of her partner’s movie The Pickup in Los Angeles, on Sunday, July 27, wearing a tight black dress with a matching pair of heels.

While Pete looked dapper in a brown tracksuit and wore sneakers. The two seemed to be the center of attention as they packed on PDA.

During his chat with Extra, the comedian reflected on becoming a father, saying, "I don’t even really have the words. … I feel like I’m finally in a place where I’m ready for it,” the actor-comedian poured out his feelings."

"I’m glad it’s happening now, for sure."

However, prior to his current romantic relationship Pete Davidson was linked with many stars.

September 2023-July 2024

Before Elsie, Pete was rumoured to be dating Outer Banks star Madelyn Cline. It was reported that they were together for 10 months before parting ways in July 2024.

January 2023-August 2023

Pete was seen being affectionate with his Bodies, Bodies, Bodies co-star Chase Sui Wonders, who later was Madelyn Cline’s co star in 2025’s I Know What You Did Last Summer.

Their first public appearance was back in January at Universal Studios Hollywood.

However, after a car accident, Pete returned to rehab in the summer and by August he and Chase had parted ways, ending their relationship.

He was also briefly romantically involved with model Emily Ratajkowski but a source told Page Six, "Their fling has moved into the friend zone."

October 2021-August 2022

When Kim Kardashian hosted SNL in 2021, she played Jasmine alongside Pete who played Aladdin in a sketch where the two shared great chemistry and an on-screen kiss. 

Their electric chemistry then further reflected in their real life as they were spotted going on dates in Los Angeles and New York City.

Two months later they made their relationship official but the romance fizzled out after nine months due to Pete filming in Australia and the long-distance relationship seemed to have taken a toll on them.

Prior to their split, their relationship wasn't exactly drama free either as Kanye, the 44-year-old media personality, socialite, and businesswoman’s ex-husband took very public jabs at Pete.

A source also told Page Six, "Pete is 28 and Kim is 41—they are just in very different places at the moment."

"Pete is totally spontaneous and impulsive and wants her to fly to New York, or wherever he is on a moment’s notice. But Kim has four kids and it isn’t that easy. She needs to focus on the kids."

March 2021-August 2021

Pete was also romantically linked with Bridgerton actress Phoebe Dynevor. However, their romance didn’t seem to last long as they went their separate ways after five months of staying together due to distance.

He was busy working in New York on Saturday Night Live, while the 31-year-old English actress resided in London. 

October 2019-January 2020

He had a brief romantic involvement with Kaia Gerber as well. However, the two broke up after Pete checked into rehab.

August 2019-October 2019

Margaret Qualley and Pete reportedly had a brief romantic entanglement and were seen at Venice Film Festival as the 30-year-old actress promoted her movie Seberg.

She later went on to get married to Jack Antonoff.

May 2018-October 2018

Pete’s relationship with Wicked star Ariana Grande drew major attention and made headlines, especially when the former pair got engaged soon after they went public with their romance.

However, their romance was short-lived as just five months later the two called off their engagement going their separate ways.

Among his more serious and longest relationships was with scriptwriter Cazzie David. They were together for two years before Pete broke the news to Complex that the two had broken up.

Although they’re said to be on friendly terms now, Cazzie revealed in her book No One Asked For This that Pete had ended their relationship just a day prior to her finding out about him and the Into You hitmaker.
