Top 5 most interesting celebrity beefs you might have forgotten
Forgotten celebrity feuds that once broke the internet

Where there are celebrities, there's competition, and often, conflict. The entertainment industry isn't just about the drama we see on screen, it often spills into real life as well.
From fights over major issues to feuds sparked by minor jabs, from instant forgiveness to life-long grudges, celebrity beefs continue to set the internet ablaze.
Here are a few feuds you might have forgotten. Let’s rewind all the drama and gossip.
Taylor Swift and Katy Perry

Pop music has been notorious for its fair share of rivalries, and one of them includes the fallout between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, a feud that many of us have forgotten.
It all started in 2013 when Katy reportedly hired away some of Taylor's dancers for her Prismatic tour. The dancers informed Taylor they would leave to rejoin Katy if she ever went on tour again, and they in fact did that.
This move by the Roar songstress ultimately made the Blank Space hitmaker feel sabotaged, as if she had done it intentionally.
The two artists also allegedly threw shade at each other by writing diss tracks targeted at one another.
The 35-year-old pop sensation wrote her hit song, Bad Blood, which she later confirmed to Rolling Stone in 2014 was about a female artist who tried to sabotage her tour.
“And it wasn’t even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I’m surprisingly non-confrontational – you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It’s awkward, and I don’t like it,” Taylor told the publication.
However, nearly two years later, Katy responded with Swish Swish, which many fans believed was her harsh reply to Swift’s song.
The duo eventually reconciled, with Katy sending Taylor an olive branch as a gesture of peace, and Taylor even featuring Katy in her music video for You Need to Calm Down in 2019.
Matthew Perry and Keanu Reeves

The feud between the late Matthew Perry and Keanu Reeves would surely be an unexpected yet subtle feud, but it did garner attention at the time.
What unfolded was that in the memoir Matthew released in November 2022, he seemingly threw shade at Keanu.
“River [Phoenix] was a beautiful man inside and out — too beautiful for this world, it turned out. It always seems to be the really talented guys who go down. Why is it that the original thinkers like River Phoenix and Heath Ledger die, but Keanu Reeves still walks among us?” the Friends alum wrote, as reported by Us Weekly.
Shortly after this made headlines, Matthew quickly apologised to Keanu for being insensitive.
In his statement, the late actor noted that there wasn’t a specific reason why he chose the John Wick star, as he just wanted to include a “random” name, and Reeves' name came to his mind.
The American-Canadian actor later clarified that he pledged to remove the controversial mentions of Keanu from future editions of his book.
Nicki Minaj and Cardi B

The world of female rap has always been competitive, but when Nicki Minaj and Cardi B entered the scene together, things quickly turned into a full-blown feud.
Their rivalry seemed to stem from both of them throwing shade at each other on social media, including liking comments that criticised each other’s craft.
The moment that led to the escalation of their feud was in 2018 at a Harper’s Bazaar ICONS party during New York Fashion Week when the Bodak Yellow rapper allegedly threw a shoe at the Bang Bang rapper.
In an interview with W Magazine in 2018, Cardi broke her silence on the unpleasant physical altercation.
“For a while now [Nicki's] been taking a lot of shots at me. I spoke to her twice before, and we came to an understanding. But she kept it going,” the WAP artist told the outlet.
She further admitted that it was Nicki's liking and then unliking a tweet that took a brutal swipe at her mothering skills, which triggered her the most.
Cardi added, "I was going to make millions off my Bruno Mars tour, and I sacrificed that to stay with my daughter. I love my daughter. I'm a good-ass f****** mom.”
“So many people want to say that party wasn’t the time or the place, but I’m not going to catch another artist in the grocery store or down the block,” she concluded.
Doja Cat and Noah Schnapp

In a surprising turn of events, this fallout would be one that no one was ready for. Doja Cat and Noah Schnapp had a brief online feud after the Stranger Things actor shared a screenshot of private DMs between them on TikTok.
In the confidential message, the 29-year-old rapper had asked the 20-year-old actor to connect her with his Stranger Things co-star Joseph Quinn and asked if he was single.
Noah, then 17, posted the messages publicly with the caption “thirsty Doja,” which deeply infuriated the songstress, considering it a breach of privacy.
The Say So hitmaker called the Abe actor “socially unaware and whack” and “borderline snake s***.”
However, Noah later apologised both publicly and privately, clarifying that they had sorted it out and had “no hard feelings.”
Mason Disick and Jeffree Star

Lastly, let’s dive back into early 2020, where a brief and unhinged online jab erupted between Kourtney Kardashian’s oldest child, Mason Disick, and YouTube personality Jeffree Star.
It all started when Mason, then a 10-year-old, called Jeffree “spoiled AF” during a TikTok livestream opposite Adison Rae.
As reported by Business Insider, the 39-year-old makeup artist replied with a now-deleted tweet, saying, "I had $500 in my bank account six years ago... Maybe he's confused with his own privilege versus mine being self-made, hopefully his father can educate him soon!"
Although Jeffree deleted the tweets shortly after, many netizens called him out for fighting with a 10-year-old.
