Weapons, an impressive, genre-bending newly released movie has taken everyone by its amazing plot.
Described as horror initially, the film, released on August 8, 2025, is more of a nerve-breaking thriller; in short the Zach Cregger directional keeps you hooked from start till the end, with the mix of tension, mystery and some truly gruesome yet unique plot twist. So what’s the movie about?
Weapons centers a Pennsylvania town just like movie IT, however, in this town a group of 17 children from the same school and class coincidentally flee their homes out of blue one night.

Their teacher naturally becomes the suspect of the whole investigation, with people calling her “witch”.
Eventually, she decides to investigate the matter on her own and with that, web of events starts unfolding, revealing a dark yet unbelievable, turn of events.
