Many people are curious about what supermodels eat in a day to maintain a perfect and healthy appearance. If you were to ask a nutritionist or a dietitian what I would eat to maintain a perfect lean physique, they would say; Eat clean or healthy.
We will break down the five supermodels' diets, that what they eat in a day, to look 100 percent fit.

Kendall Jenner
Kendall Jenner is well-known for her ideal physique, which leads many to be curious about her diet and what she eats in a day.
Jenner's trainer revealed that her breakfast usually consists of avocado over eggs or a bowl of oatmeal.
For lunch, she takes brown rice with grilled chicken and veggies. She also takes high-calorie foods like fried chicken or pizza occasionally, but not regularly.
The 29-year-old supermodel also eats snacks to keep her blood sugar levels up to the mark. She stated that she eats frozen yogurt twice per week in a Harper’s Bazaar interview.
She doesn't remove any foods from her diet, although she pointed out in a Vogue video that she reduces her cheese intake to try to keep her skin clear.
And lastly hydration, which is like peanut on butter to her diet. She drinks a good amount of water to stay hydrated and sometimes drinks up to 2.8 liters of detox tea per day to detoxify and flush out all the toxins from her body which cause bloating or sagginess.

She starts off her day with a black coffee, with a croissant or brown bread. She told Harper’s Bazaar US. “Every day…I get this pastry called kouign-amann with my black coffee.
For lunch, she mostly eats green veggies or salad, sometimes a plain sandwich. And for dinner, she mostly eats animal protein, as she is a carnivore to balance her iron intake. Nothing special.
