The royal family leads a great number of charitable organisations, while other institutes count their members among their most prestigious patrons.

Naturally, leadership roles at these institutions are some of the most sought after in the country, considering the importance of working right alongside royalty.

One of such programmes is The Royal Foundation, “Led by The Prince and Princess of Wales”, per its official website.

Today, the foundation has shared that they have appointed a new CEO — Paramount’s UK chief Sarah Rose, who is now set to leave her post in the entertainment industry and join the royals on their philanthropic mission.

“We are looking forward to welcoming Sarah to The Royal Foundation and to working with her on some of the issues which are closest to our hearts,” Prince William and Kate Middleton’s joint statement revealed.

Check out some of the other executives leading major royal charities:

Owen’s appointment was announced in late 2024, while he took over the role after a brief period of shadowing the organisation’s former chief, Dominic Reid OBE.

Jason Knauf — Earthshot Prize

Knauf has been a longtime royal aide and was also the one to raise a complaint of bullying against Meghan Markle seven years ago.
