In a fresh setback, Andrew has come face to face with another blow as plans to permanently remove his remaining royal titles gains momentum.

Formerly Prince Andrew, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, has been promptly removed from the Official Roll of the Peerage, just hours after brother King Charles revoked all of his Royal titles.

The Roll of the Peerage serves as the official public record of all recognised peers and peerages across England, Scotland, Ireland, Great Britain and the UK.

In an official statement, released on Thursday, October 30, 2025, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Andrew would be stripped of all his remaining Royal titles and honours.

"His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew," the statement said. "Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence.

Continuing, "Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease and he will move to alternative private accommodation."

"These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him. Their Majesties wish to make clear that their thoughts and utmost sympathies have been, and will remain with, the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse."

Following his alleged ties to Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew will now have the standing of a commoner and will go by Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.
