Emma Chamberlain opened up about her relationship status.

The 24-year-old host confirmed she is officially single on the latest episode of her podcast, Anything Goes, where she candidly shared that she is “going through a breakup right now” after a “serious” two-year relationship.

Chamberlain had long been rumored to be dating musician Peter McPoland, with the pair spotted together at the 2024 Paris Olympics and later seen coordinating Halloween costumes.

While she did not mention his name in the episode, she reflected on the depth of the relationship, saying, “We really deeply loved each other,” and noted that the split was mutual, with both choosing to remain friends.

The YouTube star went on to explore her experience with singledom, admitting she has rarely been on her own during her adult life.

“I’ve had very short breaks in between relationships, meaning I haven’t really been single,” she said, describing the adjustment as “daunting,” yet necessary.

Chamberlain added that she plans to embrace her status, “This time, I know I should be single for longer than two or three months. I think I need to be single for like a year.”
