Sarah Ferguson’s next move has suddenly become one of the most watched questions in royal circles.

Following Buckingham Palace's decision to end Prince Andrew’s lease at Royal Lodge on Oct. 30, the former duke is forced to seek alternative accommodation.

It’s clear that when Andrew leaves the palace, Sarah will also need to relocate to a new home.

Nonetheless, Ferguson has already planned her future accommodation and will move to a residence in the one-bedroom granny annexe of her eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice’s recently renovated Cotswolds home, Hello reported.

The annexe, converted from a former cattle shed before Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi bought the property in 2021, is at a short distance from the main house and has reportedly been renovated and refitted with new doors and windows.

Prince Andrew is reported to be relocating to a property on the Sandringham estate, while Ferguson has indicated she will make separate arrangements rather than sharing the residence.

However, it is still not confirmed whether Ferguson would ultimately accept an offer to stay close to family in the Cotswolds or not.

Representatives for the duchess have not publicly shared the details of her plans, and palace briefings have been limited to the formal notices regarding Andrew’s change of status and the Royal Lodge lease.
