Former Bringing Up Bates star Katie Bates is remembering a pregnancy loss with a heartfelt tribute.

The 25-year-old reality star, who announced she suffered a miscarriage earlier this year, revealed on Instagram Stories on April 4 that she wears a special necklace to honor her child.

The jewelry features an angel wing pendant alongside a birthstone for August, representing “our sweet baby in Heaven” and symbolizing a permanent part of her family with husband Travis Clark.

“This necklace is really special to me,” Bates wrote, noting that it was a gift from her sister. The accessory can be seen in a recent video she shared online.

Bates and Clark, who met in 2019 and married in December 2021, are already parents to two children: daughter Hailey James, born February 2023, and son Harvey Gray, born September 2024.

When Bates first announced her miscarriage on Instagram, she wrote, “I will spend the rest of my life missing you.”

Her pregnancy loss came amid another personal hardship for the family. That same month, Clark publicly admitted to being unfaithful.

In an Instagram Stories post on January 17, he wrote, “This is hard to write, but I owe the truth and I owe an apology. I was unfaithful to my wife. I had an affair and repeatedly broke her trust.”

“There is no excuse for what I did. This was my failure and my responsibility alone. I know that words don’t begin to express the damage I caused or the depth of the hurt I’ve brought into her life, but I am truly sorry,” he continued, apologizing for the “pain, humiliation, and betrayal” he caused.

Despite these challenges, Bates is finding ways to honor her lost child and lean on family support during her healing process.
