Carrie Underwood has officially launched her new wellness brand, HiNote, designed to make healthy living feel achievable for women with demanding schedules.
At 43, the American Idol judge and country music superstar is prioritising her well-being to ensure she can show up as her best self for her career and family.
"I have to take care of myself because if I get sick, everything suffers," Underwood shared, noting that HiNote aims to simplify the often-confusing world of fitness and nutrition.
The brand's debut product is the Everyday Energy Daily Nutrition Drink Mix, which focuses on hydration, protein, fiber, and superfoods without being a meal replacement.
Underwood, who previously launched the Fit52 app, emphasises that wellness should not be complicated or involve "crazy diets."
Instead, she advocates for "easy wins," such as keeping healthy snacks accessible and finding small windows throughout the day for movement—whether that is a gym session or a simple walk—instead of scrolling on social media.
Beyond her business ventures, Underwood has found deep fulfillment living on her Tennessee farm. After growing up in a small town, she has returned to her roots, finding joy in gardening and consuming clean, home-grown food.
She described the experience of getting her "hands in the dirt" as both "soul-filling" and essential for mental clarity.
For the "Jesus, Take the Wheel" singer, the foundation of a good life remains simple: quality sleep, proper nutrition, and the sunshine of the great outdoors.
