North West is making it clear she is ready for the main stage with a "rockstar" look to match. The 12-year-old made a surprise appearance at the Rolling Loud festival in Orlando, revealing a striking and mature new style.

She took the stage with vibrant, turquoise-blue hair in high pigtails, her face partially obscured by large sunglasses, and her smile revealing a full metallic grill.

The punk-inspired aesthetic was meticulously coordinated, featuring a black, faux-leather dress with lacing detail.

Reports confirm she and 21-year-old rapper Molly Santana performed an unreleased collaboration, with North confidently holding a microphone on the massive stage.

While North appeared to be in her element, the reaction online was far from universally positive. Social media quickly became a forum for debate, with many users expressing alarm over her appearance at an event largely aimed at adults.

The criticism centred on her young age. "12, she’s 12, a child!" one user wrote, while others remarked that she was "Growing up to fast." This performance is the latest musical venture for North, who previously performed with her father, Kanye West.

Her controversial Rolling Loud appearance comes just ahead of her official festival debut at The Summer Smash in Chicago, suggesting her presence on the music scene is only set to grow under an intense public microscope.
