In an emotional moment filmed for the series, she reacted to the result, saying, “There’s no way that it just happened naturally!” referencing her previously documented fertility struggles.

Speaking directly to camera, she added, “I did not think I was able to get pregnant but wow, I’m … pregnant!” expressing shock and excitement at the news.

Later in the episode, Pivarnick was shown calling the baby’s father to share the announcement, saying, “So I have some news for you. I am officially, definitely pregnant — we’re having a baby!”
