Katie Price and her friend, television presenter Olivia Attwood, have taken a light-hearted swipe at the situation surrounding "missing" Lee Andrews, after false claims emerged that he had been arrested.

The former glamour model, who turned 48 last week, spent her birthday with no word from her husband, who has not been in contact since 10pm on 13 May.

Birthday without a word

On Saturday, Katie was compelled to deny allegations made by Lee's father that he had been arrested in Dubai, as she continues to hold to the belief that he has been kidnapped.

Today, she appeared in a video alongside Attwood, insisting she remains entirely in the dark about her husband's whereabouts.

In the clip, Katie turned to Olivia and said: "We're missing something," to which Olivia replied: "Yeah, I have looked for him but…" Katie then added: "Well mine's missing, so at the moment it doesn't look good, does it?"

Olivia, who split from her husband Bradley Dack earlier this year, responded: "No, we'll keep looking I guess."

Katie looked directly into the camera and declared: "We're missing our husbands," at which point Olivia burst into laughter. The pair then shared a follow-up photograph of themselves wide-eyed and open-mouthed, with their hands covering their faces in mock horror.

Olivia captioned the post: "2 gals. Not a husband in sight."

Lee is active on social media again

The jokey exchange came as Lee was reported to have been active on Instagram once more, despite the earlier — and disputed — arrest claims.

Insiders have now said that Lee was seen using his phone on Monday afternoon and has removed his OnlyFans link from his Instagram bio.

A day earlier, a source revealed their message exchange with Lee — more than a week after he vanished from contact. They explained:

"I had been messaging Lee and was getting no response. But on Sunday morning, my messages had gone from a single tick to a double – so that device is back on and being used. Lee has multiple phones but this is the one that is being used now."

Katie hits back at arrest claims

Despite reports that Lee had been detained, Katie firmly rejected the allegation. She hit back at Peter Andrews and confirmed she had spoken directly to police in Dubai.

Katie had initially been led to believe her husband had been kidnapped, only to be left furious when Lee resurfaced on social media to follow a woman known as "biker babe" Marisol on Instagram.

However, Lee was dealt a swift setback when the US Navy veteran blocked him on the platform. Marisol subsequently contacted The Sun and thanked the publication for alerting her to Andrews' background. She confirmed she has no acquaintance with Lee, has never exchanged messages with him, and has now blocked him entirely.

Van messages and kidnap claims

The saga follows Katie releasing messages in which her husband claimed to be tied up in the back of a van. In those messages, Lee told her he was being transported to a "black site" — a term used to describe a covert, state-run detention facility.

Meanwhile, a source close to the story painted a vivid picture of the kind of person Lee presented himself as:

"Lee said he had many jobs, one being an international arms dealer. He seemed really proud of it. He boasted repeatedly to anyone who cared to listen that he worked with dangerous people. He bragged about it and then he gets kidnapped. It's almost as if he's been writing a storyline."
