Kevin Jonas lifts the lid on his romantic bedroom playlist
Kevin Jonas admits to a romantic bedroom playlist dedicated entirely to his wife, Danielle Jonas
- Kevin Jonas revealed his bedroom playlist is entirely curated around wife Danielle's music tastes
- The admission came on the 4 June episode of the Jonas Brothers podcast Hey Jonas!
- The playlist features artists such as Michael Bublé, according to Kevin Jonas
Kevin Jonas has given fans an unexpectedly candid glimpse into his home life, revealing the music he plays for his wife Danielle during their most private moments together.
The eldest of the Jonas brothers made the admission on the 4 June episode of the Jonas Brothers podcast Hey Jonas!, where Kevin appeared alongside his brothers Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas and their guest, Bill Nye.
The conversation that prompted the confession
As the discussion turned towards personal music preferences, Joe Jonas first sought to clarify — somewhat tongue-in-cheek — whether the question was referring to music played "in the bedroom." Kevin confirmed that he does indeed have a dedicated playlist for such occasions.
"It's all her favourite music," Kevin said of Danielle.
Pressed for more detail, he revealed that the playlist features artists such as Michael Bublé and music in a similar style. He also batted away a suggestion from Joe that Danielle's favourite band might be Joe's own group, DNCE. "It's not gonna happen," Kevin replied flatly.
Sixteen years of marriage and counting
Kevin and Danielle have been married for 16 years and are parents to two daughters, Alena and Valentina. The couple have frequently spoken warmly about their long relationship and the ways in which they have evolved together over the years.
In a previous interview with People, Kevin reflected on what lies ahead for them as a couple. "It's a great extension of my story with Danielle, it truly is," he said. "We have three big years ahead of us: we have a big birthday for her this year, a big birthday for me next year, and then our 20th wedding anniversary in 2029, which is an insane thing to think about."
He also noted that his bond with Danielle feels stronger now than in the earlier years of their relationship, describing how both of them have developed individually whilst continuing to be a source of support for one another.
Solo music inspired by their life together
Kevin recently released a solo track entitled Little Things, which he has said draws directly from his experiences with Danielle and the life they have built together over the course of their long relationship.
