Nicole Kidman was photographed enjoying a relaxed poolside outing with private equity businessman Michael Reinstein during a holiday in Portofino, Italy.

Photos published by Page Six showed the Oscar-winning actress and Reinstein spending time together at the Belmond Splendido Hotel, where they were seen chatting, smiling and sipping Aperol Spritz cocktails.

Pair enjoy laid-back afternoon by the pool

Kidman wore a white sheer cover-up over a blue bikini with white shorts, a straw hat and Chanel flats, while Reinstein opted for a navy shirt, matching swim shorts and sunglasses.

The pair appeared comfortable together as they relaxed on sun loungers. In one moment, Reinstein playfully lifted Kidman's straw hat from her face, while another photo showed them sharing a high-five during their conversation.

After leaving the pool area, Kidman carried a small straw handbag as Reinstein followed her back towards the hotel.

Trip follows earlier sighting in Portofino

The latest photographs come days after the pair were seen talking outside Kidman's hotel room in Portofino.

Reinstein, a Los Angeles native, founded global private equity firm Regent in 2013 and serves as its chairman and chief investment officer.

Neither Kidman nor Reinstein has publicly commented on the nature of their relationship.

Actress remains focused on family

According to the Daily Mail, Kidman travelled to Italy with her daughters, Sunday, 18, and Faith, 15.

A source told the publication the actress has been focused on finding happiness following her divorce and is prioritising her family.

Kidman filed for divorce from Keith Urban in September 2025 after nearly two decades of marriage. Their divorce was finalised in January, and she later said she was focused on her family and "moving toward what's good."

Earlier this year, another source told Page Six that the actress was single and concentrating on her children.
