Following the sudden and tragic passing of NASCAR superstar Kyle Busch at age 41, the family’s attorney, Robert Rickards, is speaking out to correct the record. Rickards strongly pushed back against online speculation and false claims suggesting the driver died without proper life insurance coverage.
In a recent statement, the attorney clarified that the family had responsibly updated their portfolio with help from an insurance specialist, replacing older policies with better, structured coverage. Rickards labeled any rumors of them abandoning their death benefits as a complete fabrication. Busch passed away from severe pneumonia that progressed into sepsis, shortly after losing consciousness while testing a Chevrolet racing simulator. He is survived by his wife, Samantha, and their two children.
