Ariana Grande shared how she honors her late grandmother, Marjorie Grande, in a touching new interview.

Speaking with Vogue Japan on Monday, January 26, the 32-year-old pop star revealed she carries two ChapSticks that belonged to her Nonna, saying, “I always have a little bit of her with me.” She added that she draws strength from Marjorie’s advice, remembering her words in challenging moments: “F— em!”

Marjorie Grande passed away at the age of 99 last June. Ariana’s mother, Joan Grande, announced the loss on Instagram Stories, writing that the family was “devastated” but grateful for the support of friends and fans. Ariana’s brother, Frankie Grande, also paid tribute, saying, “I love you endlessly, my sweet Nonna. My heart is shattered, but I feel you watching over me.”

Ariana often spoke about her close bond with Marjorie, who appeared alongside her at awards shows and contributed to her 2024 album Eternal Sunshine. At 98, Marjorie made history as the oldest artist to appear on the Billboard Hot 100 with the track “Ordinary Things”.

Through small mementos and cherished memories, Ariana continues to celebrate her Nonna’s extraordinary life while keeping her spirit close.
