Chris Rock goes public with new relationship, shares kiss during NYC stroll
The comedian appears to confirm a new relationship with a public display of affection
Chris Rock appears to be embracing a new chapter in his personal life after being spotted sharing a kiss with a woman identified as Simone Henault during a recent outing in New York City.
The 61-year-old comedian and actor was photographed on March 31 enjoying a relaxed stroll through a public park in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.
The pair were seen walking hand in hand, taking selfies, and pausing to share a kiss on a park bench, marking what appears to be a public debut of their relationship.
Henault, who is described as a DJ, creative producer, and content strategist, has also worked as a wardrobe stylist and producer.
The two were previously spotted together last month, leaving the upscale Giorgio Baldi, further fueling speculation about their connection.
A representative for Rock has not publicly commented on the relationship.
Rock was previously married to Malaak Compton-Rock from 1996 to 2016. The former couple shares two daughters, Lola Simone and Zahra Savannah.
In the years since, he has been linked to several high-profile figures, including actress Lake Bell.
The comedian has also spoken candidly in the past about life after marriage. During a 2022 appearance on Hart to Heart with Kevin Hart, Rock joked about being “a lonely man,” while reflecting on single life in his 50s.
While neither Rock nor Henault has officially confirmed their relationship, their latest outing suggests the pair are growing increasingly comfortable stepping out together in public.
