Martha Stewart calls herself a ‘catch’ while detailing what she wants in a man

Martha Stewart may not have time for romance, but she knows exactly what she wants in a partner.

The 84-year-old lifestyle icon opened up about her ideal man in a recent conversation, listing a mix of charm, intelligence, and wealth as key qualities.

“Nice-looking, bald or not bald, I don’t care. If they have a nice-shaped head, it’s fine,” she said, adding that a great smile and good teeth also rank high on her list.

Beyond appearances, Stewart values personality, describing her ideal partner as “smart” and “funny.” But she didn’t shy away from admitting that financial success is also a plus. “Rich helps,” she said with a laugh. “Very rich helps even more. Plane and yacht would be very nice… I love yachts.”

While she has a clear vision of her perfect match, Stewart says her busy schedule leaves little room for dating.

The entrepreneur recently expanded her business empire with the opening of her second restaurant, The Bedford by Martha Stewart, at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.

She also has a new collection of kitchen electrics launching in April, followed by her upcoming book The Martha Way in May.

Stewart has previously described herself as a “catch,” pointing to her homemaking expertise. “I know how to cook, I know how to clean, I know how to keep a house — those are all very homemaker skills,” she said.

Still, despite her packed calendar, Stewart continues to embrace her playful side.

She recently appeared in a campaign for the L.A.-based fashion brand Mother, delivering cheeky one-liners and showcasing the witty persona fans have come to love.

“I’ve been doing a little of this here and there,” she said of leaning into humor. “It’s fun, and people love it… I fit the role just perfectly.”

Even without time for dating, Stewart proves she’s still clear on one thing—when it comes to love, she knows exactly what she wants.
