The 45-year-old Nobody Wants This actress shared a rare and emotional tribute on Instagram to celebrate Lincoln's 13th birthday.

The post featured a video montage set to Amos Lee’s soulful track "Sweet Pea," showcasing a collection of candid family moments, childhood photos, and clips of Lincoln alongside her younger sister, Delta, 11.

In an expansive caption, Bell opened up about the complexities of motherhood, describing the past 13 years as "both the hardest and best thing" she has ever done.
