Taylor Frankie Paul opens up about scandal in emotional video: 'I'm in so much pain'

Taylor Frankie Paul opened up about her "living nightmare" in the midst of her domestic violence controversy.

"During each panic attack, I asked for strength as I felt my body collapsing under the strain," the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star, 31, shared on Instagram for Easter Sunday.

"And HE provided strength in many ways, along with undeniable messages of 'I am with you' which I'm eager to discuss," she added. "Since childhood, I’ve turned to prayer and never wavered as I believe he encourages us to seek help during our lowest moments."

The cancelled “Bachelorette” star expressed, "Instead of just asking, I began to offer thanks at the close of each day, regardless of how low I felt."

Through her social media post, the reality star included screenshots of emotional text exchanges, tearful selfies, and even notes written in her Bible.

"I’ve never felt such pain as I do now," she said. "I can't breathe. I'm deeply sad and in immense PAIN. I’m eager to help those in similar situations."

Paul also showed pictures of her skin breaking out during her "anxious state" alongside products, such as pain relief patches, that she’s been using.

Her fellow cast member Jessi Draper shared supportive words in the comments, stating, “I love you you’re the strongest person I know.”

In her Story that day, Paul reflected on “separating” from her Mormon faith and “writing it out as a form of release.”

“I'll always hold love and respect for it,” she explained in the extended message. “I’ll join my family at times. But now, it’s time I part ways with it.

She wrapped up, “I’ve experienced kindness and love from some who are uncertain about their beliefs, and that's okay. The point is, there's much more to learn.”

Paul’s troubles began in March when “SLOMW” halted production as she and her former partner Dakota Mortensen were under investigation for an alleged domestic dispute from February.

When video surfaced of their earlier 2023 altercation — which notoriously led to Paul’s arrest — the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” was pulled from the lineup.
