Eli Rallo shares inside look at her ‘bridal emergency kit’ ahead of June wedding

Eli Rallo is making sure she’s prepared for anything on her wedding day.

The influencer, who is set to marry fiancé Avery Tiras in June, shared a detailed look at her “bridal emergency kit” in a TikTok video posted on April 8, explaining that it is designed to help her manage severe health anxiety during the celebrations.

Rallo said she experiences “very, very bad health anxiety” along with a panic disorder, which is often triggered by physical symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, or headaches.

“One of my biggest anxiety triggers and fears is being somewhere like a wedding, a party, a dinner… and starting to feel sick,” she said. “So, everywhere I go, I am strapped.”

By “strapped,” Rallo clarified that she means carrying a range of medications, including Advil, Zofran, Benadryl, Midol, Tums, Excedrin, and Tylenol, along with items like cough drops and anxiety aids.

“I have literally everything one could need to fend off a moment of feeling ill,” she said, adding that while she rarely needs them, they act as a “safety blanket” that helps her stay calm.

For her wedding weekend, Rallo said she plans to go even further, expanding the kit with essentials such as a mini brush, deodorant, hairspray, lip products, a Tide To Go pen, and perfume.

“I’ve been a little bit anxious for my wedding, so I’m not going through that weekend without being f---ing strapped,” she said. “I need to know I have this stuff.”

The kit will be stored in a monogrammed bag that she specifically purchased for the occasion, which she said will be carried by someone in her wedding party throughout the entire weekend.

“It doesn’t have to be embarrassing if you need an emergency kit on your wedding day,” Rallo said, adding that the preparation has actually made her feel more excited and at ease.

“It has a lot of room to be able to fill everything I would need… but it’s really cute,” she added.

“Someone will just have this all weekend, and if we need it, then we need the motherf---ing pouch.”

Rallo announced her engagement to Avery Tiras in November 2024 and has since been open with followers about her wedding planning journey. The couple is set to wed in New Jersey in June.
